ArtOnWheels Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the ArtOnWheels Online Store. The use of the ArtOnWheels Store is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to the ArtOnWheels Store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. ArtOnWheels reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. ArtOnWheels accepts payment via PayPal only.

3. Shipping

Most orders will ship out within two to three days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated with tracking number. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 10 to 15 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, ArtOnWheels cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.

4. Returns and Exchanges

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure to package the item you are returning to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes in transit (we cannot refund items damaged in shipping). We recommend you use a carrier service that enables you to track the goods you are returning and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items on or during a return.

If you would like to exchange / return item/s for a refund, there is a 50% Customs charge and the original shipping “we” paid will be deducted from the total refund. Please use the contact us form to request an item return.

Retuns can only be accepted if items were wrongly described.  

5. Pricing and Availability

ArtOnWheels tries to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the online store are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

6. Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.
